Hotel incomodo, viejo, ruidoso y deficiente.
La arquitectura exterior es hermosa pero las habitaciones son en extremo deficientes y hasta peligrosas, algunas inexistentes (ejemplo: inexustencia de luz en área de lavamanos) otras con alto riesgo de corto circuito por cableados expuestos. La limpieza en la regadera y sanitario en general es muy sucio, es evidente que no lavan pisos ni paredes ya que muestran mugre adherida, cabellos y coladera de regadera tapada. Los mosaicos en la regadera están sueltos y próximos a caerse. Tiene filtraciones de agua por el techo al llover, aplanados con presencia de humedad. Definitivamente este hotel debería ser cerrado para remodelar. Es una pena que estando en el bello centro de Pachuca, exista un hotel de esta calidad ofreciendo una baja, muy baja imagen de inmueble e instalaciones al turismo. El personal es lo rescatable, gente de educada y de trato amable.

Estuvo muuuuuy mal, el hotel esta en pésimas condiciones y muy sucio, hay chiches!!! esta en el centro muy cerca del reloj que suena cada hr y no es posible dormir.

Muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo despues de tal mala experiensa reserve un cuarto a las 11 de la noche lo hise por el internet llegue al hotel como la 1:00am no habia nadie toque timbre llame por tel.estuve como media hora afuera esperando nunca me contestaron nadie me atendio me tuve que retirarme de alli fue una desagradable experiencia no sabia que haser en medio de la noche estoy tratando de conseguir un reenbolso con ellos no se como me van a responder.
