"Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice."

"The hotel is comfortable, if you want to be in the middle of all the action then this hotel is not for you but it is peaceful. A couple of small issues was that our room had a huge tree right outside the window so was very dark and no view but we did get to see alot of bird life. There wasn't a massive breakfast selection."

"Had a wonderful 1 night stay in their 3 bedroom villa in Jan 2025. The property was very clean and well maintained, very accessible and yet secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility of Mae Rim. Khun Pen and her team did an excellent job taking care of us and our needs. They are efficient, professional and most friendly. It feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and would return for a longer stay. "

"This was the best stay of my honeymoon. The property was quiet and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. While jn a walkable area, it is away from the hussle and bustle. As soon as you step on the property, tranquility hits you. Greay stay. "

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

"We loved everything about our stay. Check in was fast and efficient. We had apartment 5 and it was perfect. On the top floor, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space and kitchenette, with the balcony’s. The staff was very sweet and we had our laundry done across with Ann’s laundry right out front. "I've lived in Thailand for years, had a rental car on this trip and am familiar with Chiang Mai. I very much enjoyed our stay at Centara. Earlier reviews stated that this property was run down. "Located right in the center of the old walled city. RIght by the Sunday night market which is a must see in Chiang Mai. Staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to assist us with tours, hotel reservations and other tips. The hotel restaurant (where the breakfast was held) opens up to the street in front and served a wide variety of local and other cuisine. Highly recommend if you want something comfortable in the middle of old Chiang Mai."
