"Upon arrival we were welcomed by the very kind staff. We received a refreshing drink which is well appreciated. There was a small challenge but it was overcome and we are thankful to have stayed here. The staff are so nice and humble. They also greatly helped by introducing the Grab app (Uber in Thailand), inform us about which elephant sanctuary to pick and introduced us to a fantastic homemade coconut soup.
