"The hotel was very centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a modern room on the fourth floor with a large balcony. Breakfast was included and a good buffet was served with hot and cold options. There was no bar in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful recommending 3 restaurants nearby for dinner. However the location is remote here, and there are few amenities, it states it is in San Sébastien but it is at least an hours walk from the town. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, its a stunning location but you do need a car definitely. "Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

CHILL OUT WEEK .

"Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular. We had a room overlooking the Hard Rock Hotel. Yes, there was music to be heard but it ended at 11pm and during the day we were barely in the room to hear it. Those rooms offered a side sea view even from the block furthest away. We would definitely return to the hotel. "

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday "

"It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back."
