"The pool was closed on the rooftop; this is one of the main reasons we stayed. So that meant the bar was also closed on the rooftop. Starbucks never had hot coffee in the mornings, only cold drinks. They should consider having some kind of coffee down in the lobby for people to grab and go. The area was so far away from shopping centers. It seemed a little sketchy to walk around outside. I won't be coming back; it is not my type of environment "

"I like the room and the hotel I like the service but I had little issue, on arrival to the front desk they let me know that the room that I did make the reservation was not available any more and that they were going to give another room a lot different than the one I reserved but they will make it up to me with free breakfast, at this point I was very disappointed, the lady at the front desk noticed that and very fast they told me that never mind that they had a room equal that the want I had...

"Hotel was pretty clean, personnel were very friendly and courteous. They let me borrow a wheel chair during my stay. The only uncomfortable thing was the beds, I shared a bed with my daughter and because they were double beds and not queen size beds we were both uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"This is a go to property for safe and great in room accommodations. We always enjoy the larger rooms and frankly their most comfortable beds and linens. Complete blackout rooms.
