"I did not like the very rude and unprofessional front checkin attendant. I arrived at 2:30pm to check in and was told i had to pay an additional 20 dollars to checkin if i wanted a room before 3pm. I paid the 20 dollars and then was told i needed to wait still. Very rude staff. Will never stay here ..."
