"This is a wonderful little spot in eastern Germany, quite off the beaten bath and a little hard to find. Very clean, large spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet. Our minimal German got us most of the way through checking in, but the desk clerk found someone from the kitchen that could speak English. They were very pleasant and helpful. Nice little bar/restaurant downstairs with good beer on tap, and a very nice breakfast buffet. One evening we surprised to find the locals using the back room for...

"The entire experience was fantastic and We highly recommend this hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful, she even gave us an emergency number to reach her if we needed it. The dinner was one of the most delicious we have eaten in a hotel. In addition, there are numerous hiking paths leading from the hotel as well as different options, bus, train, or hiking, for traveling to nearby Oybin. "
