"Stayed here a few times now and it’s always good . My only problem is this year I had to pay £15 to park for 3 nights when all the signs said free parking for guests. Little bit confused on that. Couldn’t get clarification from reception as to why this was. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, from receptionists to cleaners. We use this hotel as a base for visiting granddaughter at the University, it is convenient for that, for shopping in the Westgate Centre and for some beautiful walks along the river."
