The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Not a large variety and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Overall it was very nice!!

I booked this Hotel as it advertised a heated pool - my 80 year old mother and were in Owen Sound for a Celebration of Life - my mom was really looking forward to the pool. The sign outside of the pool said it was 80 degrees however when my 80 year old mother went in the pool it was ice cold. We notified the staff and he said he was not aware - the hot tub at this point was closed. The next day the Staff agreed that it had not been working. Had I known this I never would have booked this Hotel.....we would have been booked nearer the Celebration.....the only reason I chose this Hotel was for the heated pool and hot tub. The windows were only cleaned to arms length leaving the top 2 feet dirty. I do not normally complain but I am furious...this was a nice weekend away with my mother to a place we had never been before..... Very disappointed.

We booked through Expedia, where a pool, hot tub and sauna were not indicated as amenities. (We were more interested in pet-friendly.) But the facility has all three, though the sauna was closed and the hot tub needed cleaning. Staff was generally friendly. One bummer was that we tried to get breakfast 5 mins before it was over and staff was already shutting things down by unplugging appliances and removing the remaining food. All we got was yogurt and a fruit cup.

Quiet comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff, good location. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Air conditioner/fan worked ok but sounded like it was struggling. We didn't have a fan in our bathroom which meant room stayed humid after showers. Good breakfast, but it's busy, so be prepared to wait. Staff did a good job of replenishing food when needed. Later pool hours would've been nice. Overall good stay, would stay again.

Overall, good. However, very noisy with other patrons partying. The shower/bath is hazardous for people with disabilities (no handholds, lack of anti-slip bath). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety and was well attended to.
