Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool had just been topped up with water so was cold but the kids didn’t mind. Breakfast was good. Only complaint would be that it could use more parking!

We have stayed at this property many times. We like that it accepts dogs, that it is clean, and very convenient with a good breakfast and very friendly staff without exception. During this visit, there are four things that I will mention 1. There is construction next-door and generally the site looks pretty clean however, there is a light pole that is on a huge ankle and could fall down and it has not protected nor dealt with. 2. The pool was not working for the entire duration of our stay. I understand sometimes there are chemical issues but over the holidays, It would have been nice to have a pool, which is why we booked this hotel. 3. In our room, the temperature was 80°F when we arrived and the only way to reduce the heat after an hour of trying to correct it, was to put the air conditioning on for the entire evening. Even though we are on the main floor, you cannot open the windows, so there was no other solution. 4. Unfortunately, hotels are now eliminating reql bedspreads and comforters and opting for very thin bed covers with silky slip linings. The linings slip off every single time and the remaining bedding is not warm at all and provides no weight nor comfort. I find the solution incredibly uncomfortable and not sufficient for sleeping.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night, but guests attending a wedding were also staying so it was a lot louder than we were used to . We were in room 209, and you could hear voices from other rooms coming through the heating/cooling vents until well after 1:30am, as well as guests moving around on the 3rd floor above our room.

Called in the morning for early check-in. Robert assured me that would be fine. Upon arrival, greeted by Robert at the front desk and confirmed our room was ready. Friendly service, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby was Fresh made omelette by staff! Best hotel breakfast yet! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and accommodating.
