The front desk employee was absolutely incredible. Very personable, professional and kind. The shower needs some sort of flap or divider so the water doesn’t leak out onto the floor.

No elevator to get to second floor. Staff was not friendly. Housekeeper opened door and went inside room while we were inside the room and we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hung on door. Bathtub is very unsafe, it is very slippery.

The hotel had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and our room on the first floor. We had to open the window. The hot tub only half the jets were working, it was luke warm, and was rusted on the sides and floor. Also, it is right next to the train tracks and there were several trains during the night. All in all it was just okay - but for future visits to Northfield we will stay somewhere else.
