"We booked the Africa family room. It was a good size and the kids loved the large number of cuddly toys in the room (giraffe, gorilla, crocodile, lion and others!). Entrance is too small for placing everyone's shoes and luggages.The stair is too narrow and seems not safe enough for elderly. "We stayed eleven nights for COVID quarantine. They didn’t have any cleaning service or bedding/towel change at all. We requested cleaning tools cuz there was no cleaning gadget at all. Staining only one night may be OK but I don’t recommend for a long stay. There will be no service at all."
