"Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, overall very good and enjoyable. Some of the younger staff could do with a bit more training on how to speak /behave in front of guests but this won't put us off staying again."

Hotel is beautiful. Shame that staff wasn’t very accommodating and helpful. We were kept awake by the extremely loud and banging, noisy music until 1am as there was a party. Staff didn’t inform us and not even water is provided in room. Disappointing
