"The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...

"Moved out of Belgium after 7 years so stayed at Pulman as convenient for the eurostar. Didn't bother with breakfast as had early start. The hotel doesn't allow early checkins but kept our bags until 3pm checkin time. We stayed in room 305 with a bath. Would certainly recommend the hotel, obviously be careful around midi station, its rough. Saying that we used a bar opposite and walked back and forward to central via Rue Stalingrad, with no issues"

"Front desk was very good - efficient check-in and out and concierge was very helpful regarding helping me easily get to all my outings. The hotel is very well situated in Brussels’ Grand Place area and the subway, buses, trams and taxi stand are all a few metres from the hotel entrance. "Atrás da Gran Place. Muito bem localizado. Amei a decoração e o jardim marroquino. Destaque para o chá da tarde servido pelo proprietário do hotel que esbanja simpatia. Além de ter piano ao vivo.
