"Grounds, rooms, Bars and restaurants are stunning, everything is truly a delight. The pool is nice and there is plenty of space for people to spread out and lounge, the kid pool area is vast and really close to the lounge chairs and main pool. Cleaning staff came in everyday and they are quick and friendly. Restaurants are really nice, only downside is that the reservation system that they have is not quite user friendly. there is a QR code that did not work and you have to book a day in advance. We where celebrating my father in laws 70th birthday and tried to make reservations to the BBQ, Italian and Mexican restaurants and where not successful, we explained our situation and later on they accommodated us to the Italian and mexican. The Italian restaurant was ok, the food decent, but the service was really lack luster. they forgot my father in laws dish and everything came in at random, and other tables that came in later ate before us, when we asked the server she mentioned that the kitchen was really busy. The buffet is really the way to go, they change cuisines and themes every night and the food selection was vast. Bar staff was good, some of them where not in a hurry and where a bit cold, but they pushed out drinks consistently, but for the most part everyone was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend the RIF side of this hotel."

"This is a very nice resort in a very popular area. Mambo beach has a lot going on and can get pretty busy but the resort feels very secluded. Not a ton of amenities but the resort is very clean and beautiful. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. The front staff greeted us very nicely and we had a room overlooking the water (worth it!) with stove and refrigerator! Their in-room coffee makers are excellent and they provide the pods. The two beaches are pristine and protected from rough waves by rock jetties. The Blues and Pen restaurants are excellent and there is a happy hour at the bar 5:00 -6:00 pm. We walked into town twice, about 30 minutes each way and not that pretty. The hotel offers a shuttle 9:30 - 11:30 am and 2:00 -4:30 pm but not over lunch or dinner. A cab from the airport was $45.00 dollars and return $38.00 dollars. There is large supermarket about 30-40 minutes walk away but no hotel shuttle there. This is a great property and relaxing!"

"Food was amazing and it had a wide variety of drinks and desserts. Rooms were good with comfortable beds however the ceiling needed to by cobwebed. Housekeeping was amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily and everything restocked.Didn't like that the resort didn't offer shuttle service to the airport or nearby shopping areas. Overall worth it and i will definitely be returning."

"My experience at Harbor Hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my time there. The room was super clean in addition to the spectacular views of the city and habor. All staff members I interacted with were very friendly, polite and helpful. The lady at the front desk who did my check-in was very efficient and hospitable. The housekeeping staff was extremely pleasant. The restaurant and bar staff were great as well. Not to forget, the car park attendant, he was very pleasant. There was a lady I think she was a janitor who didn’t speak English but provided great assistance in helping me find the car park. Really wish I had names to add to this review tbh. Thank you for an awesome time though! "
