"Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "

"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. "Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos."

"I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. From the moment I entered the hallway, the staff greeted me warmly, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The technology in the room was impressive, and it felt personalized; when I turned on the TV, my name appeared on the screen. The entire staff, including cleaners, waiters, and waitresses, were fantastic. "This was my 2nd time staying here and again the service was very high quality in all areas. Calls to reception always answered quickly and items brought to room almost immediately.
