"Beautiful apartment, very close to the city centre. The access to the apartment is a bit confusing at first, taking different elevators as the units are connected and located through outside bridges. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great place. We stayed with a family of 4 in Apt. 13A. Big, clean, modern place. AC works perfectly, instructions how to get the key wee timely and clear. Elevator works well. The location is amazing"

"The place ok. We were there for one night on a family trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the main issue was that we booked this specifically because it had an AC listed as an accomodation but when we got there we were told that the AC unit in the room was broken and has been for over a year. The locals great and very close to rynok."

"So many negatives let this place down. You don’t receive any information until 4pm and then 20 minutes later we got told there was a problem and we couldn’t check in. They offered us another apartment 3km away with a sofa bed. Obviously I rejected this and they went quiet. After being quite worried whether we had a place to stay and 45 mins later I messaged hotels.com. They were brilliant. Miraculously rent planet messaged to say they fixed the problem and said sorry. Would stay again!

"Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. The standard room had a frige and kettle, which was handy. On check in we were advised cleaning was by request to keep it eco friendly. Fine by us and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't need it. The housekeeper did ask us when we saw her in the hall if we needed anything. Only slight negative thing i would say is that the pictures of the standard room didn't reflect what we got. The bathroom pictures were accurate but the wallpaper in the room was less modern- i guess some rooms have been upgraded. Not really an issue, just not as pictured. Would stay again! "

"Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. We've had stayed in this hotel 3 times now and happy to come back. Only if you like your tea its no kettle in the room , but nice restaurant downstairs and outside loads cafes great prices and delicious food and cakes "

"Excellent service. Cleaned daily, good quality rooms, reception were very polite / helpful. Really pleasant stay Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website "
