"The theme of the hotel is unique, and the rooms are really clean. It's located about 10 minute tram ride from Ostrava-Svinov, which was nice when we had to catch a morning train. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the beds are a bit uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. I prefer a bed that is quite soft."
