We called and asked for robes and although our room type did not include them, they graciously gave them to us, which was very nice. "Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend "

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. "Beautiful old hotel with gorgeous gardens, a nice pool, and a very chill vibe. Great place for low key R&R, in the heart of a wine region. Great base for touring wineries. Only 20 minutes to the heart of Verona and 30 minutes to Lake Garda. Staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, with coffee/tea, eggs to order, cerals, juices, tarts, breads, fruit, excellent yoghurts, and much more. Very knowledgeable bar staff who really know their wines. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back if ever in this area again."
