"Located very close to the Oslo Ford this charming hotel has an Art Deco vibe, the dining hall as an opulent decor and while I only stayed for breakfast, what I ate was excellent. At first I thought the lift looked old and I had an initial distrust of its abilities, but that was before I realised I was staying in a themed hotel and while lifts probably weren’t around in the 1940’s (perhaps they were?) it fitted in with the general vibe perfectly. "Excellent location, right in the centre and near transport options to everywhere. Rooms were a little basic (and no safe at all) but adequate. Not much storage but bathroom was big. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and unlimited. Even good for vegans!! Staff were very helpful and friendly and upgraded us when we had an issue with the lights in the bedroom - couldn't fault them at all. All in all a great stay, thank you Comfort Grand."
