"The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. "The outside of the building doesn’t do the property justice. The interior is stunning and we absolutely loved our room. The bed was really comfortable. We had complementary tea and coffee along with toiletries. I will definitely book this accommodation again and would highly recommend."

"The location was perfect for a short break in Krakow. Everything was in easy walking for the central city tours. Easy to find, easy check in and out. Would thoroughly recommend for couples who want to be in the heart of the city. "

"We have stayed in Apartment 9 and then 7 at Stolarska. Apartment no 7 was far better than 9 because the bathroom was in much better condition and there were more amenities. Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible. "

"A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

"Riverside Aparthotel was beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a great stay, even had a washing machine and supplied the pods. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. In a nice quiet area but close to all the sights. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. "

"This is a little hidden gem in the heart of Krakow. Entrance hall can be a little off putting as you can see in to the Kosher restaurant and I believe work is being carried out to improve this. However, location wise, this is perfect, right near Wawel castle and walking distance to main square. Pawel was friendly and helpful. Apartment slept 4- single beds, apartment was warm, clean and tidy. Thank you Will defo be back. "

"A traditonal hotel but may not appeal to everyone but we loved it. Very helpful staff. Again a traditonal breakfast but enough food selection to set you up for the day. Loved it!!"

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better."

"The room was clean and spacious enough for two. Lovely shower especially after a day in the cold. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only one thing that could have been better were the pillows, they were a bit flat once you laid on them. But then again that may be a personal preference."
