"Excellent stay!!! We were very comfortable with our room, extremely clean, room size was big enough compare to other hotel in Japan where we stayed. Very quiet hotel. Let’s talk about the location— - - right next to the metro station 2stop to Namba station. Which is the best part, we don’t have to walk much to get to the metro.. Also, next to FamilyMart... Amazing!!!!! Another best part of this hotel is the Onsen. Affordable hotel with Onsen. I will stay here again when I come back to Osaka....

"The property is conveniently located right above a subway exit and just a few stops from main stations like Namba and Osaka-Umeda etc. I also liked the fact that it's not in the middle of the touristy areas although that meant there are less shops around but there's still a Family Mart right downstairs. Check in and out was relatively hassle-free with self service check-in/out machines. The room is nice, clean and looks rather new with daily housekeeping although they did miss clearing out...

"Came at a very busy time of the year with rooms at 100% capacity! Breakfast queue was long on the first day but staff handled crowds well. Food and service great and personal! Shout out to Ayaka, concierge for all her recommendations!"

"More comments on Trip@dvisor - "Central Osaka Convenience and Comfort" - December 2024. Very clean, king beds were truly king-sized, excellent location for shopping and sightseeing."

"Adequate room, friendly staff, bag forwarding available, 24 hour reception, train station not too far, nice area, laundry facilities, nice female only hot bath. I love the way you can open the window to let fresh air in. Just need a stronger vacuum cleaner to clean better and a bit more attention to detail. There’s a cafe, but I didn’t go in there. 🙌"

"It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar. Also the lounge access allowed you to drink for free and snack for free which was really nice when trying to plan things or have a break from walking around. "

"I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Water bottles fillers! Thank you! Nice bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Just awesome. No issues at all. "
