The rooms were dark and quiet. The beds were a bit firmer but we all had a good night’s sleep. There isn’t tons of space in the room for opening suitcases but they had coin lockers (500 yen) for our luggage before check in which was really appreciated. It’s easy to find and there is an ice and drink machine during specific hours. We had a nice time in Osaka.

This hotel is clean and no frills. The stay experience is similar to a hostel. Check in is via kiosk but since we didn't book directly, our reservation couldn't be found which was initially concerning. But the staff was kind and helped locate our reservation. The hotel is located slightly outside the main districts and train stations so plan for a bit of a walk.

Many conveniences & free beverage station
The lobby is comfortable and attractive with vending machines and lounging and working spaces, and the free drink station was great (I loved the cappuccinos and my son loved the soda). We walked back from Dotonbori St. to the hotel, and the route was full of character and charm. Busy area with of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The room was small but had all we needed plus a large tv and dishes for the food we brought in. The bunk beds were fun.

Hotel is get what you pay for… it was cheaper but I would have liked more service. You don’t get any service in your room… you drop off towels and you leave your garbage outside the room… which leads to a dirty looking hallway. You also only have a small window 9-11 each day to claim your daily towels. The dryers on site also were too slow. However, this place was very reasonably priced for what you get. If you are on a budget this place will be fine. We just were used to Mimaru which was a little more our style. But I’d still recommend here if you need to save a few bucks.
