It is very close to the Osaka-koh station and very convenient to commute to the EXPO. Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. She kindly guided me to take a bus instead of trains to go to Osaka station with heavy luggage because the bus stop is located nearby the hotel and we do not need to do up-and-downs with suitcases. Small but clean room. No microwaves in a hotel room but there is one at the lobby. Small kitchen in the room. Walking distance to convenience stores and coin laundry. I stayed there for 11 nights with no problem.

Great facility and staff, but the surrounding businesses arent very "scenic". Perfect for a great deal on an amazing stay. If you're going to USJ. The proximity is a little deceiving: its a 30 minute train ride with 2 transfers. Not the most "convenient", but again, the price is perfect for everything else you get. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Everyone and evedy thing inside the hotel is very welcoming.

Perfect if you are just looking for sleep

Well, I cannot rate this hotel as excellent. I would say it was a great choice for me as a solo traveler who was looking to visit the aquarium and be close to the train station. The hotel feels a bit on the older side and they still use physical keys attached to a long wooden stick that you’re required to carry around with you. While initially when I went to the room, there were no towels available a quick trip to the front desk and the kind clerk was able to provide me with fresh towels. Her kindliness did not stop there as when I returned from a long day of wandering about she was quick to provide me with a bottle of water to relieve my dry mouth . Well, I had no issues with the bathroom itself. It was kind of odd not to have a shower curtain and I felt the only way to keep the water from going all over the floor was to kneel down inside the bathtub to wash myself it seems like just a simple curtain would prevent that, but I understand that that would also require Maintenance. Overall, like I said, it was a good stay for me as a solo traveler and I was able to get a good nights sleep after my long day of walking around town. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially if you’re going to Universal Studios the Osaka aquarium or anywhere nearby that area.

The location is great, so much within walking distance inclusive of public transport / free tempozan ferry to be able to explore further abroad. The room was nothing special - bed not so comfy, but it’s a bed nonetheless. I did think it was a bit of a stitch up / cheeky of the property to charge in person taxes on check in after booking on wotif and already paying taxes on the booking but reading back on the property description it does stipulate they ‘may’ charge in person tax - so yes, they will however I haven’t had other hotels do this beyond what was paid online! Not sure where that on site restaurant is? I sure didn’t see or smell one there.

There was a used wet towel left in the bathroom when we checked in. The bed was cleanly made but the sheets smelled. It was better if there were sleep wears prepared like they do in typical Japanese hotels. The hotel staff were nice and friendly.

The owner/manager was an amazing lady the day we got there it was 40 degrees ceclius we also got there 2 hrs before checkin, and my partner is pregnant and even with the language barrier the lady out of her own goodwill brought her some Japanese bread snacks and iced water. It was greatly appreciated as we had just had a long got day catching trains from Osaka to the Hotel and it definitely stood out compared to the other hotels a sign of compassion!

部屋には食事のためのテーブルはありません。 朝のコーヒーがロビーにあるのは嬉しかったです。 駐車場が、ホテルの向かい側にありました。 問い合わせておけば、空き状況を把握してくれます。 予約の段階でチェックインがおそくなる、と伝えておきましたら、お電話があり、いつ頃到着するか、と電話がありました チェックイン時は対面で入り口は鍵を渡してくれます。

大阪万博まで二駅と近いため利用しました。 駅に近いため移動が楽です。 また、受付の方の対応良く、とても良い気分で宿泊することが出来ました。 ただ、きちんとHPを見てなかった私が悪いですが、寝巻きが無いので、泊まられる方はパジャマかTシャツを１枚多めに持参した方が快適に過ごせます。
