Good location but hard to sleep
We liked the location of the property, but unfortunately the neighbor upstairs walked around so loudly it was hard to get to sleep and then he/she was up very early waking us up. Some of the windows do not have coverings so a lot of light from the outside lights comes through all night.

Osaka holiday
Family trip with an elderly. Very accessible and clean. There's 2 supermarket nearby and it's a great place to call headquarters, for the purpose of going to Kyoto, Nara and USJ. Can also walk to Shinsaibashi n Donotoburi.

nice apartment in Osaka
This was more like an Airbnb than a hotel but it worked for us. Family of 5 with access to washing machine. Close to subway which was convenient. Beds were a little hard but good enough for a short stay. They offered a pocket wifi which worked well the first day but got throttled after the second day. I guess the previous guest used majority of the balance so that was inconvenient. Recommended for a quiet stay in Osaka.

Good location, lack of amenities.
Location is great, 1 minute walk to subway station. However, there are a lack of amenities that is a deal breaker. Internet card basically doesn't work - after 7gigs/month limit they throttle the speed to basically unusable. The card already had used 7 gigs (1 week into the month) so we had no internet for the duration of our trip. I tried contacting the owner but no response at tall and we had to end up buying our own card. There are also very limited cutlery and kitchen utensils.

awesome place with no wifi
The place itself was awesome and very spacious, but the wifi did not work probably because the guest before us use beyond usage limit. Be noted that you are only allowed to use wifi for webpage navigation. And i did feel a little offended as a foreigner by the note stick to the doors with messages like " please don't mess up the room or i will charge you more" even though i understand some customers stink

At the beginning this is not my first choice, I was prefer to close to nanbo station. As some issue with my first booking, Expedia book this for me to replace. But after stay 4 night in this apartment, I give 5 out of 5 for it. - owner very friendly, responds email very quick, check in instruction clear and easy to follow - location, 2 stop to nanbo station, less than 100 meter to local station, convenience stop next building,small supermarket just cross the road -clean condition is ok, acceptable -we have our own wifi modem and SIM card and never cook, but there is wifi modem, stove, fridge, small tv in the room.

good location
We have total 5 persons including 3 old kids. Interesting checking into the apartment, you need to follow the exact instruction provided by the owner. Each of us have own bed mattress. The property is just right in front subway exit. The convenient store is just downstair. Limited kitchen utensils are given, you can do simple food preparation. The room and bath room are clean. you can do your clothes washing in the apartment. We are happy with our stay.

Good recommendation for family and small group
The room was exactly the same as the photo show here. self-check in, but the owner Tomo san provides detailed and clear information, he is so kind and friendly to help! The location is good, just one minute walking distance to subway 2 stops to namba station, convenience store and grocery store are nearby, for the room itself is clean and big, good place for family and friends, I would definitely come here again!!

Lots of space!
Fabulous communication with Tomo before our stay and the thought given to our stay was lovely. We were sent not only details of how to get to the apartment but a useful guide. The apartment was easy to find and large. It has a washing machine that we made use of. Good location for getting to the subway and supermarket. Nice and clean. I would recommend Osaka and staying here.

Tomo (the owner) was a good communicator and provided helpful instructions for finding the place. He also resolved a problem (not of his making) quickly. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. We were self catering, and a little more kitchen equipment would have been welcome. But overall, a very good experience.

As the photographs showed a dividing wall between the rooms all where surprised and dismayed to find it all open plan. There are insufficient curtains for the windows, light from the opposite building shone into the room. Good directions given made it easy to find this room, with easy access to Osaka. If you like dormitory sleeping arrangements this place is for you.

Really close to subway station and grocery store
For a Japanese apartment, this is huge. Perfect for families with kids as there is lots of space and 4 large beds. Location is two stops away from all the action, but the apartment itself is next to the subway station. Didn't meet the owner directly, but the detailed instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The mini kitchen was a nice touch as we like to have our breakfast in while the kids wake up. One complaint was regarding the smell of the bathrooms- it smelled like open sewer. We had to keep the door closed at all times to avoid the smell. Overall a good stay, but somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit.
