It was close to many stations so using public transportation was easy. It’s (in my opinion) a generally big room for two with a nice bathroom. The onsen is not private but public ( I had originally booked it thinking it would be private. ) other than that a great hotel !

Excellent hotel with amazing customer service, amazing room and very convenient location, in walking distance of two train lines and plenty of dining options. My only complaint is the washing machine we used didn't have much if any detergent in it when we used it, so it made washing our clothes a bit pointless. But, the washers and dryers had the option of letting you pay through an app, which I thought was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

staff was kind and was helpful with our requests. our room had everything we needed and was clean. breakfast was delicious and had many options available. was able to use the public onsen at night and it was great after a day of walking

Quiet luxury hotel & less than 10mins walk to your nearest train stop. Super clean & stylish hotel - quite spacious for a hotel in Japan! Love the buffet selection and communal bath to relax after all the walking in Osaka. Super close to grocery store, supermarket, local eateries and cafes.
