I loved my stay here! Super close to the train station and my room was huge!! Even had a balcony, washer, stove, and microwave! Super convenient stay for a good price too! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

The location was 5 star, convenient to Dekijima station and right near 2 supermarkets and a Family Mart and a Lawson. The building seems reasonably new and modern. The only negative things are the hotel is unstaffed and everything is done by video chat at a tablet at the reception area, even when we arranged for garbage removal and fresh towels upon checking in it was only done ONCE in a 2 weeks stay and even then it had to be chased up via our booking agent as the video chat is limited to certain times of day.

2 mins walk to the Dekijima station, family mart / groceries within 2 mins walk. Roomy for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Excellent overall.

I got a room that I can even put my luggage , literally without space the door was no open all the way because the space and I have doble bed together like one bed because they did not have any spaces at all in the room the TV was literally against the bed. Very uncomfortable, No housekeeping in 3 days.

So close to Dekijima station, good size for our family of four. Had grocer, family mart and Lawson near by, but the life supermarket was the best. Area was safe, but the road and train noise was noticeable, since we are used to a very quiet place, but it’s not a deal breaker. Big down side was the bathroom, it was mouldy and smelled bad every time we came back, so we aired it out with the ventilation and it was ok. Definitely needed a better cleaning than it had.

This is condo like with a Japanese vibe! Clean and complete with amenities. So close to the station, we did not mind the travel from Osaka. Affordable and accommodated a family of five. Will come back next time! Took time with 5 to register at check in but okay.

Our stay was amazing. The location was great, it was just a few meters away from the train station which was convenient and there is nearby supermarket and also a Family Mart.

Spent a long time to clean just to settle in this filthy room. Tatami mat didn’t look like the pictures. As you see the reviews from the other guests this room was coated with grease in the kitchen and dust all over from Shoji sliding door to the bathroom door. I am allergic to the dust and got a bad reaction immediately. Bed linens were clean and the bed was uncomfortable. The freezer was coated with ice. Check in process was too weird and pre-check in QR code didn’t work. Hotel offer absolutely no refund for your cleaning work. They don’t specify how often they clean during my stay and after checking in I had to ask them again then told me every 3 days so if you stay 10 days you get to have 3 cleaning. No wifi info then you notice the bottom of a tv written about wifi code. The strangest comment I got before checking in using chat was when I asked what floor will I be in and the room direction or noise do I get to know? Their answer was “as you see on the reviews”. I don’t even know if this is a Japanese operated property or not based on how they responded. The security door seemed very good that’s the only plus side.

Super near to Dekijima station. 8 stops to Osaka-Namba, very fast. Check in was confusing. Sofa was abit worn out and dirty

The lobby is well conditioned and looks clean. The apartment inside also has clean toilets, with comfortable beds and cooling air-conditioning that makes us fall asleep quickly.
