At arrival I went to the room it looked ok I poured a bath for my daughter …. Turned light on lie down on the bed I started to have asthma attack look around near pillow the place was covered in a layer of thick dust it’s not been dusted for weeks and amongst the dust a variety of public hair , regular hair , blood stain and shards of glass so I took a video and show it downstairs at reception! All I got is the hotel is fully booked not possible to change do I suggested to give me another room and then they clean mine so that later checking clients would have it clean but I was told no…. after 2 hours of me waiting for a solution at the reception… they were all avoiding eye contact and talking to me as people kept checking in! Then I had enough and had a serious talk as I said I would report this ! She called her boss who said no change of room I could go to their other hotel 20 min away they had a room and I would have to pay extra ! She said but it’s smaller room. So I said were is it? You are getting me taxi and pay its charge right? She called boss he said “NO!” Please note I’m disable I already paid a taxi to this hotel! Anyway we had just arrived from over 12000km flight from UK via China we were totally exhausted and we just missed our diner reservation they waisted my time and the energy I didn’t have! All this ended up for me to ask them cleaning products and I had to clean the room myself! DO NOT use this hostel 👎 I want to get my money back and formal complaint
