Room was clean, but no aircondition or just a regular fan, was warm outside. Nothing broken, but need to upgrade the look on the rooms. Refrigerator in the room broken - big plus and thank you to the receptionists and kitchen staff for helping me with my issue as I needed to keep some things cold, made a big difference!
Pillows too soft.
(Thank you for the candy on the pillow, very sweet and welcoming - and the ear plugs just in case.)

"Good value and great location. The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. The name above the door wasn't the one we were expecting to see. Other than that it was all good!"
