"My wife and I stayed at the Bryne Hotell after a Burns Supper organized and hosted by the hotel. A very enjoyable event accompanied by traditional music (a visiting Scottish band), bagpipes, whisky, haggis and poetry. A great local band Ållveltes also played later in the evening which made for a fun night. Hope to do it again next year. "Very much unstaffed at weekends and evenings. We had an administrative problem while checking in (we were told the wrong key safe), which whilst fixed was only an issue because the hotel is not staffed. We also only recieved a single pillow and duvet for two of us, but didn't try and resolve it as there wer no staff to talk to and we'd already had to ring once to check in. It was clean and well located for the port. Parking was good, and the bus route goes past, but does not stop outside. "

"well maintained farm house feel that provided a great place to launch for Preikestolen and Kjerag. Breakfast was great and the room and bathroom were larger than expected. Don't forget they have heated floors-the previous peolpe left it on and really heated up the room."

"The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. The bed in the second floor in our room has been built in a non professional way and was not accessible in an easy way. There was a long electricity wire on the top of the stairs...

"Når vi først kom til leiligheten var det så varmt at det var uholdbart, så fikk vi beskjed om at vi skulle få en vifte, noe som vi ikke fikk. Ellers var det skittent flere plasser i leiligheten, lakenet i sengen hadde flere flekker, kjøleskap og kjøkkenskap var fullt i gammel mat, viften på kjøkkenet virket ikke, internettet virket bare tidsvis og det manglet lyspærer i flere av lampene. Dette var noe som satt demper på ferien og det endte med at vi reiste hjem tidligere enn planlagt."

Få meter til jernbanestasjon, kjøpesenter og et godt utvalg restauranter og barer. Leiligheten er fin med det utstyr som trengs for selvhusholdning. Myk seng. Badegulvet virket seigt, håper det var såperester.. Fettflekker/skjolder på kjøkkenredskapene ville vært unngått om det var oppvaskmaskin tilgjengelig. "Amazing hotel! Location is perfect for anything you’d want to do. Staff super helpful. Ordered takeout and had no fork and called down to see if they had any utensils and they ran nice silverware up immediately. Amazing!"
