"We had a pleasant stay but the current necessary Covid19 precautions made it difficult to relax completely. All our requests were responded to efficiently and the staff worked hard to make the best of the Covid19 situation."

"Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."
