“disappointment”
"We spent four day in August in this hotel. I am very disappointed and I won’t book it again in the future. The food is the same every day, breakfast is identical. We had free dinner every night but we had to pay for the drinks. The restaurant was not very clean and the hotel staff was very rude. ..."
