"This is a hidden gem on the Cape!! Found them via a travel site. All the reviews started out with how clean the place is, and I could not agree more. Owners are extremely hospitable and welcoming. Experienced a phenomenal Fourth of July parade from their side yard. Renovated rooms are as nice as any chain hotel in which I’ve stayed, and I have stayed in many. The homemade muffins are a nice touch for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the air-conditioning works great. I feel fortunate to have found this place for my wife and two young adult children. We stayed Sunday through Friday. Being a Motel, having a designated parking spot right outside of our door was also a great accommodation."

"beautiful grounds, music and delicious food. Many young families enjoying the double water park. Free outdoor pool way undersized and fenced in from rooms. Large grassy area with over sized hammocks , music, games was the place to be. Having Cape beaches so close is great. We will return. We loved Margheritavilles in Orlando and Hollywood Beach Fl which are bigger overall. "

"Close to all tours and excursions, great restaurants, very poor parking at hotel, parking spots are very small and have only 3 handicap parking. "
