Conveniently located by Disney Springs. The neighborhood is great. Its like being in a Disney hotel but cheaper. You dont get all the perks but its nice. The fridge in my room was super loud and you can very easily hear the people in the hall.

I stay at this property 1-3 times per year. I enjoy the convenience of being just across the street from Disney Springs. The staff are always kind and accommodating. The hotel and the grounds are well kept and clean. The rooms are quiet and offer great views.

We have been staying at this hotel since 1993 and always enjoyed it. It's an easy property to get around and the elevators are fast:) The snack and coffee bar is excellent. The quick walk to Disney Springs is fantastic. Property does charge for parking which is a change but all the area hotels are doing the same. Recommended. WJJ

We stayed there due to their being a Disney Good Neighbor hotel. We had a few Disney questions pertaining to Magic Bands that were supposed to be able to be used and no one, even the Disney reps, knew anything or had suggestions. It was ok for the night but not for anything Disney.

This is a great choice if you prefer not to stay at a Disney hotel. This property is very affordable and has quick access to Disney Springs and the Disney Bus transportation system located at Disney Springs, to get around the property. This is our “go to”when Disney hotel prices are too expensive. It’s safe and clean. Room size is good, bathroom is a little small, but we’re not spending too much time in the room for it to be a big concern. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s been great.

Property was okay. Convenient location wise and the shop downstairs for quick and easy breakfast is great. However, no bell service, they did not answer phones for bell service upon check out. We tried called for fresh towels- did not answer the phone either. Basically, any service we needed, we couldn’t reach anyone
