I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a full size fridge, microwave and cook top. It is pet friendly. I was disappointed that the vending machine for drinks was out of order.

The side table was partially broken, the corner of the cooktop was broken, and the floors and walls were dirty. The room stunk like smoke and pot. Everyday I found at least several cockroaches. When we first arrived we were informed we wouldnt get any room service because we werent staying long enough (8days). If youre booking this place because of the fridge / kitchen be warned they do NOT supply any coomware. Who travels with cookware? The AC unit was on its last legs and was super noisy, as well as there being quite a bit of hallway noise most nights. Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst place I've stayed. Ever

When i arrived the room was filthy. There were hairs in the tub, sink and on dresser. There was no iron, ice bucket, silver wear or plates. There were only 2 towels for the room when i requested clean towels i was told i would have to go to office at 10. When i arrived at office i was told i had to go get my towels and bring them to swap out. There were roaches in drawers and people in front meeting at 3 am and beyond. Felt very unsafe and had to leave to stay somewhere else. Worst hotel expierience ive ever had!

After walking in the property we noticed. Funky smell of sewer along with cigarette smoke. When we went inside the room instantly noticed how the smoke detectors were covered with a bag, apparently people smoke inside the rooms, also noticed roaches running by the room area. It felt so dirty we didn’t even want to shower or touch anything. Luckily I only stayed one night. But the next day at 8:30 am there front desk was closed with a gate, not allowing g me to check out. After I left I called several times during the day, when I finally get a hold of someone from corporate the lady told me I needed to go back and check out with the key. After explaining there was no one there they guaranteed to me I would not get charged. Long story short… I do t really recommend starting there

The staff was.. competent. But I only saw one lady that checked me in, after-hours. I had to call a number on the lobby phone to summon someone to the desk behind the metal-roll-door. The lighting outside was awful. The ONE light over the front door was flickering in a way the reminded me of a horror movie. The whole area screamed, "I'm in danger." (In a Ralph Wiggum voice) Came across 2 roaches. One in the shower when naked, and one fell one me as I exited the bathroom. The floor was made of cheap laminate that felt grimy with every step. Couldn't stand to go barefoot for even 2-3 steps. The air conditioner was flaky and kept things either too cold and so humid it was impossible to sleep. Quite noisy with all the on-off. The room location was right near a stairwell that I'm not sure was in use, but it sounded like someone was slamming the door shut every 15-20 minutes. The elevator looked like something out of a Russian apartment complex. Dingy, flickery lighting, mis-matched paint everywhere. Exactly as I remember my trip to Russia in 2003. Sure, OK, it's Orlando. Everything is expensive, and you get what you pay for, but this place needs some sprucing up, NOW. It's an extended-stay, so I have no basis for comparison, but apparently they only do 'linens' once a week, and there was a sign up that says, sorry, we can't do linens this week, there's a laundromat in such and such a location. Thanks for understanding!
