The property is located in a good area. The room is outdated and it had a musky smell. The mattresses are old and it was not firmed, it had dents in the middle. The sofa bed was worse. They also charge $20 for parking in a place where there is no security, anyone can come in and go!

I found bugs in my bed that resembled bedbugs. I went to the front desk and they didn’t have any rooms available and wasn’t sure when they would have. Said it could be a couple hours till they cleaned another room. They expected us to just wait in the lobby with all our belongings. Horrible customer service. No consideration.

My review is about the fact that neither Expedia or the hotel provided me and my family with the flexibility to adjust our dates due to Hurricane Milton. I can’t believe these two companies care more about their business and money than their customers. I am sad about their lack of empathy for customers who needed to deal with the before and after math of such a horrible situation. Won’t use Expedia or Marriott again. They were out to the test and failed us
