I was a little bit skeptical about this property because of some of the reviews. But I’m glad I listened to myself. I will start by saying when we arrived lobby was clean and we checked in with no problems. Room was available which was a plus so we changed and headed to the parks. Uber prices were good being that we wasn’t far from the parks. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. Loved the pool and bar area. Lots of little activities for kids to do. Friendly staff at the bar and lobby. Complimentary breakfast was good as well no complaints at all. The waiter we had for breakfast was so nice as well. The free appetizer we received the “Boom boom shrimp” were so good. Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the free snacks. I loved the fact the hotel was near so many restaurants and shops. That was definitely a 10 for me not having to uber anywhere for necessities. Maybe because we stayed not during a peak season made a difference. But I will definitely stay here again. Con: I wished the shuttles ran more than just once a day.

Booked this hotel for the Disney transport shuttle buses. Wasn’t aware it was one bus per day to the parks, and then you either had to make your own way back, or meet at Disney springs to get a bus back at 11:15. No bus to animal kingdom also. One time in the room was very limited toilet roll, the room was cleaned but this was not replenished. The fact there are no cups in the room outside of small plastic ones is disappointing. A couple of glasses wouldn’t go a miss. The a/c unit was unbelievably loud and right next to the bed. The positives, the staff were amazing. Always on hand to help with issues or any questions. The hotel held our cases on our last day after check out which is very helpful. Our safe got stuck one day and security were able to get it open, and point out why it was getting stuck. The locality of the property is brilliant. Never too long a journey into any of the parks in Disney, or springs. Premium outlets also in good distance. Three restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a few fast food restaurants also. The valet staff were always cheery and welcoming. Ultimate answer - would I stay here again? No. The brilliance of the staff I cannot take away, but the lack of transport in “your booking” is poor. This was a major reason for staying here. Also, the cleanliness wasn’t the best.

If you want a cheaper hotel for family stay this is a nice option. If you are a couple trying to enjoy a quick vacation, please stay somewhere else. Also, for a company as globally known as marriott. Why are the tvs inside the rooms from 2005? This is the 3rd sheraton I have stayed at and it is the same old tv setup.

We had issues with the room type we reserved not being available upon check in and had to move rooms the following day. (after having to follow up multiple times) Another person traveling with us in a different room - had soaking wet carpet as a result with the a/c unit not functioning properly and hotel did not think it was important enough to move them. Noone wants to deal with mold issues!

Nice hotel in the Disney parks area. Shuttle taking you to the Disney Parks is very convenient. Rooms are plain but clean. Nice facilities with two pools with a slide and hot tub as well as other general amenities
