Front lobby staff was nice! The rooms were recently renovated. Floors were nice and the bed was comfortable. Wish the comforter on the bed was nicer. Overall, this was exactly what we needed for the night.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The AC was an old model and really loud. Beds were overall comfortable and clean. The floors were updated. Unfortunately, the toilet flapper was not working well, so it ran all night. Overall, the place was decent for a short stay to see a concert nearby.

I was pleasantly suprised, the room was huge ans clean. Check in/out was smooth, staff polite. USB charging points in the room very handy, i didn't use breakfast so can't comment on that

The staff was kind and attentive, and the room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. I didn’t get a chance to try the food or pool, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The surrounding area is a bit bleak, but the hotel itself serves its purpose well. It looks like renovations are underway, which is a good sign of continued improvements. I’d recommend staying here.

This hotel was sketchy but I really liked it. The a/c was great, fridge was nice and cold, room had everything i needed, shower was great and so were the toiletries. The breakfast was awful. The bed was awful. The tv channels were so bad. But for the price, I'll take it!

I have experienced a fantastic customer service from the following staff. Santosh, Crazy good kid Rabec,Rober front desk. House Keeping, Gina and Gita. This may not be a high-end hotel but it's extremely clean as well as livable. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay either short and long term. or even for a weekend passing by. I truly appreciate all of you guys. If anybody ever post any bad review in regards to Baymont I would encourage for management to Ignore it. People always have their opinion when they can't get their way.

We had a late flight and arrived after 11pm, the night counter is outside and we felt unsafe doing the transactions at that late hour without security outside. The night front desk agent wasn't very helpful, barely talked to us. I would recommend that after seeing ID and reservation information, to let the guests go into the lobby to finish the transaction for a safer environment for all, more so being two women alone at that time. The room was fine, clean, the bed was a king size and super comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities for the handicapped as requested, however the shower was so tricky to work that took us forever to figure out. For a handicapped person, this is a problem because both showerheads turned on or off and the temperature were all over the place when trying to adjust and could be difficult for someone that cannot reach or has mobility issues. Another issue was the room card deactivated during the day and wouldn't work when trying to open the door at night. We had to go every night to the front desk outside (again doing this transaction late at night in the outside counter) to have it activated. The same night worker just activated it and didnt offer any room key changes or anything. Also, we wanted breakfast included but the breakfast area was temporarily closed and we couldn't benefit of the suppsedly added value and frankly one of the reasons we reserved the hotel. We had to eat out every morning which was inconvenient for our budget.

Yes, neglected. duplex sockets between beds inoperable along with lights between beds; duplex next to window, supporting the standing lamp, knocked in and off its frame, rendering one of the sockets inoperable ... and perhaps shorting out the circuit supporting lights and duplex sockets between the beds. One of the sockets next to window in the duplex socket still worked. Lamp lit after several tries. Otherwise .... the mattresses were somewhat soft, definitely not firm but supported a good nights sleep. Floor, fortunately, was NOT carpeted and therefore cleanable and seemingly clean. I learned about the electrical problems after a late arrival, decided not to request room change but gave up on the project of reading/preparing for an electronics exam in the morning. Decided simply to check out, provide feedback to the clerk (same as above), skipped breakfast ... not knowing its quality after experiencing the electrical failures. Otherwise ... almost worth the deeply discounted price of the room.
