Very dirty, paint falling off everything, doors would not shut. Furniture broken, curtains falling down. Many People and their pets living in the building as a residence so very noisy and uncomfortable gatherings in the halls and stairwells where people were smoking. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet barely flushed and water ran non stop. Place was scary. Received no cleaning services. Would have left but was already over charged and Expedia wouldn’t refund my money!

This hotel needs a serious overhaul. Paint peeling, glass in picture frames smashed in the corridors, carpets filthy, bathroom has mold. Only one of two beds had a comforter which was filthy, coverlets had holes. Only two thin, threadbare towels, one washcloth, one hand towel were provided. The only positive here is that the staff are super nice & very hard working. The smell of weed is incredibly strong everywhere on property! Cannot be avoided anywhere. There's a lot of noise from the highway running alongside the back of the property. Will not stay here again.

I had to pack up my things and leave. When I arrived at the hotel, there was garbage all over the lobby. When I was given my room key, I was told that I was not going to get a king size mattress and then I would get two full mattress mattresses in my room because the king size mattresses weren’t ready yet. I was checking in at 11:30 PM. When I got to my room, my door was open to the public. Fortunately, no one was in there when I entered the room it was completely disgusting to the point where I knew that I was only gonna be staying one night and then leave. And then a crowd of kids were running through the hall and all of the sudden at 11:50 PM. There was a banging on my door and it was a security guard asking me if everything was OK. When I tried to call the front desk, I realize that the phone was completely disconnected from the wall and did not work. It was at that point. I decided I’m gonna leave. It didn’t feel safe. Do not book this hotel.

They charge me more than my reservation said. I had to pay because after driving for 4 hours and it was midnight it was my only option. Hotel was a nightmare. There was a man screaming all night the first night, it didn’t feel safe.

From 1 to 2:30 AM a men was loud screaming curse words. Probably a drugged up guest. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Loose shower faucet. Cockroaches in furniture, beds and floor.

The facilities are old and not well-maintained, and cleaning needs to be better executed (spills in the lobby, soap scum in the bathtub, a few bugs, etc). Card for room entry stopped working almost every day, and towels were not present in room upon arrival. Internet never worked in my room. Staff was friendly and responsive, so kudos to them.

The check in was extremely quick easy and friendly no hassles but this is new owner of this hotel so has to clean up from the take over from last hotel which was in horrible conditions but they are working on it and cleaning it up well so this is not there cause or lack of cleaning or service its from previous hotel but the staff is friendly the check is the easiest ive ever done in my life and they are helpful an attentive if you need any assistance or anything they accommodated my special requests for my disabled mom needing 1st floor and they had that already ready an didnt have to ask for 1st or mention because they care ld to read an make sure to accommodate their guests
