Hotel was clean but room smelled a bit like dog and the breakfast was the same breakfast that is free at most Holiday Inns so huge disappoint there as they advertise restaurant and paying for parking is ridiculous!

3 days in a room that is supossed to be for 3 people and having to adk for a 3rd towel every single day. And eventhough I complain my husband had to go downstairs and get it himself. Cleaning people will cahnge towels and trash but they won't clean you toilet, sink or bath. Too bad for a hotel with a high rating.

Property was clean and well maintained. The room was clean with only some minor things.(nothing the would even make a difference) they did give two free complimentary drink cards which was nice. The main issue I had was my room was excruciatingly hot when I tried to sleep and no matter how low I turned down the air it never got cold. Other than than there were no issues.
