When we checked in we had to wait at least 30 minutes. We have used Expedia on most of our trips. I am the wife. Thee account is in my name. My husband pays with his card with his name on it. I was in the truck and the lady checking us in made me come in and show my I.D. We have never had to do this. My husband has always checked in with no problem.

We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. I had made a reservation in advance through Expedia for a king bed and a double sofa; when I arrived at the front desk, everything seemed to be fine until I got to my room and realized that I only had one bed and that the sofa, where my children were supposed to sleep, was missing. I then returned to the front desk looking for solutions, and what I found was a disinterested receptionist who did not want to help. He told me that there were no rooms with a sofa and nothing else. I called Expedia, and after 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone, they were able to resolve the issue. Expedia paid for an additional room in the same hotel. Everything would have been much faster if the receptionist had shown a little willingness to help. To top it off, the breakfast was unpleasant. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast limited and no restocking, one morning out of milk, eggs, yogurt, bagels and English muffins. Would be nice to have some pastries. Buses to all resorts and Disney springs would be nice instead of transfers at Epcot. More room in the lobby to sit, they close off the dining areas after breakfast, would be nice if you could sit and visit or play cards or a board game. Staff was excellent!

Stayed one night post cruise. Location is great but very busy. There’s plenty of restaurants and snack shops around. Parking was ok. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking-policy change after booking. Doors are hard to shut and people end up slamming their doors to close them. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey links or pork patties, waffles, bread, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit-the usual. Room had a musky smell. And not the best for cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay here again.

In general, everything was okay. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving and there were a group of girls looking for their deliveries with the manager and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to check in. Also every time we went to the front desk, we always have to wait at least 5 minutes. I noticed the same delay in service in the next couple days during our stay. It apparently was understaffed. Also the bath tub stopper wasn't working, luckily fixed the next day, but the water came through faucet above the tub and the shower head when we tried to fill up the tub for a bath, which was a bit annoying.
