A part of Marriott Village. Access to other two Marriott hotels properties in same vicinity. Free shuttle service to Disney and outlets. Be early as shuttle leaves the second its suppose to arrive.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, but I will say the restaurant makes their own hours. Which was very disappointing when we had planned on eating there after we got back from the park and they were there and wouldn’t open the doors and it was two hours before closing. When I asked the front desk. They said sometimes they just close early.

Rooms are clean minus a little smell, beds are comfy and the hotel is in a great location and property was clean, the tv had a good variety of channels. The only staff interaction I had was at check in and she was very friendly. Water pressure was just ok, breakfast ends really early in my opinion (9:30 even on a Saturday) and parking is $25 despite the text they send saying it’s $22. Tried to check in ahead of time and get the mobile key to avoid front desk check in and it never came through at check in time so still had to go to the front desk.

The hotel is not what the pictures present. Most of the “village” was closed and the room smelled bad and was stuffy. There was also only one shuttle time (5:30pm) to go to Disney Springs.

It was a comfortable stay for my first time in Florida. The kids loved the breakfast with the Mickey waffles. Parking was a bit overwhelming due to some busses taking up numerous parking spots but other that there are no complaints.

It was a very worst experience with this stay. They gave a room which already there. When went to enter the room around 12 am, it was locked and occupied. It’s a big privacy concern and very unsafe. And key didn’t work for many times and I had to walk to front desk at least 4 times in 2 nights visit. Overall it’s worst experience
