The attendant was great. He was super friendly and welcoming. The area around the Motel/ Hotel was unsafe. It was run down and there were homeless and people loitering around the neighborhood. The room seemed clean but then I went into the bathroom and found that they hadn't cleaned. The side and base of the toilet had urine. The place was old, outdated and rundown. Would not go there again.

When booked through Expedia it stated free breakfast. No breakfast or dining. Vending machine. Pool was closed the first day with a paper sign. Key cards barely work. Took about 7 or more tries just to get into the doors. Workers were complaining about doing their jobs and about the other workers. Like screaming in to hallways about quitting! Just really unprofessional.

Although this property isn't that old, it's not very well maintained. Most things attached to the walls (TV included) are crooked. Neither of the card keys we were given worked and the 2nd set had problems, too. The hotel did it's job by providing us with a bed for 1 night after a concert for around $100 in a location close to downtown. But that's it.

Keep in mind, I stayed during Hurricane Milton. The hotel was clean but older. My room, however had a broken TV remote (the end was broken off and batteries falling out) and the desk chair was also broken. If you tried to lean back, it kept going and you would fall backward onto the floor. The listing said it was pet friendly and did not have a weight restriction. When I got to the property, they were going to just push me out the door because my dog weighed 40 lbs. I told the Asian man at the front desk that and he kept giving me a look like I was lying to him. He was also extremely rude. The woman that was there at least convinced him to just charge me a fee for 2 dogs and 2 daily fees. I ended up having to pay $143 in pet fees when ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE WAIVING FEES due to the hurricane. Thank you to her for trying and caring. Also, the phone kept ringing at the front desk, for the 30 minutes I was in there to check in while another 2 staff members sat in an office complaining about another person that worked there and wouldn't answer the phone. When I checked out, mind you a day early, I went back to the front desk to ask for a receipt from my stay. This white man was rude too. He told me he couldn't check me out nor give me a receipt while looking at my charges because it was through Expedia. Ya, I know that but my ridiculous pet fees were paid at the hotel. He still tried to argue about it. Would I stay there again? No, because of those 2 staff members.

I don’t know why people are being so dramatic in these reviews. This place is really not bad at all. When my friend and I walked in, they were super kind and extremely respectful walking me through checking into a hotel for the first time. If you wanna complain about the property, just remember you get what you pay for and it’s gonna be cheaper for a reason. Upon check in the front staff even let me choose what hotel room I wanted, which I thought was very kind. The AC also works heavenly, I would recommend bringing a throw blanket because it does get pretty cold. In the rooms, there are a spacious medium sized fridge and a microwave. The mirrors are also amazing in here they have built in LED lights, which are great for doing make up before you go to a concert, which is why we stayed here in the first place. before you decide to criticize this place, just remember that you’re getting exactly what you pay for and for the price you can’t beat it here.

Convenient to the Kia Center
We went for 1 day for a concert that was at the Kia Center which was conveniently located. We walked in the room and it was hot and a little smelly. We quickly turned the AC on. Checked the bed blankets & sheets & they were all damp. Probably from the humidity because they had the air at 79. 2 out of the 4 towels had hair on them. Definitely overpriced room. Won’t go back.

You get what you paid for
Showed up at two. No one in the parking lot or in the back of the hotel. Rude lady in front Said to come back at 3:30 pm to get checked in . She must have told all the other patrons (there specifically for the concert a mile a way) to show up at the same time because the line was out the door, the service was horrible .. they spent more time on the phone then helping the people that were there. You get what you paid for though the couple checking in next to us paid less as a walk up then we did using Hotel.com. The rooms were smelly and old. The only thing nice was all the people checking in with us knowing this hotel was the worst but the closest to the venue. Also our lights closest to the TV (that didn’t work) we’re inoperable .

Nice people. Clean room. Difficult to access wifi. 1.2 mile walk to camping world stadium. Beware of "shuttles" that are there for rides to the stadium during an event. They are not free and my wife and I didn't know until we were halfway there. 30 bucks for two of us for a 1.2 mile ride. Just walk.

We left the same night we checked in. Keys didn’t work, they put us in another room that smelled like cigarettes. Toilet didn’t flush, shower head was loose, sink handle falling off. Never again!!!
