"our short visit was truly memorable and pleasant. The staff at the desk were helpful,friendly and polite. The hotel serves its purpose however we found the rooms a bit cramped however it did not take the comfort or relaxation away. Very convenient location with supermarket next door ,burger place across the road ,, bus stop across the road. Breakfast was very good and constantly topped up so even if you arrived late you would still find food topped up ..Overall a great experience . "

"Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. A kid at the reception who doesn’t know English nor hotel business and has to check everything with her boss; no parking; the toilet set is broken; the toilet mirror is tinted; the bed is called “double” but is actually a medium 120 cm teenager bed; the bathroom was filled with sewerage smell when we came in; the window is to the hotel’s public balcony.
