"We love this hotel! Third year staying for our annual trip. Parking has gotten very expensive ($26 a night) but the room rate is second to none. They don’t make the bed or bring new towels without prompting which is a little annoying. The water pressure is horrible. That said, a great place to stay for a family Disney getaway!"

"This hotel was amazing !! We upgraded to the family suite and it did not disappoint. The gentleman at the front desk was personable and very helpful ! The staff even helped me do elf on a shelf for my small children . Loved it and we will return ! "

"Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Definitely will stay again! The window shutters can be fixed up as some are loose but still shuts when you reach for it. There are no place in the shower to rest the soap and shampoo/conditioner. Had to put on the floor. But overall this was worth the price! Very close to Porto, medieval times and pirates adventure. About 15-20 minute walk to Knott's Berry entrance. "

"Its always so magical to stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the shuttle services are great. You can see the fireworks from outside the hotel, no need to stay late at the park if you have little ones."
