"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is the perfect location if Beale street is YOUR destination. It is one of the few hotels I have stayed in ( within recent years) that still have balconies. The room was spacious. The balcony was sizeable.The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and included hot oatmeal, not oatmeal packets. The hotel provided ear plugs . For some people , it may be too loud. For us, we came for the music! "The staff was nice, friendly, helpful and very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone love the fact it was close to the hospital and easy for me to get in and out because I had a broken leg and I had just had a new grandson. Everyone was awesome"

"My stay began with a warm greeting and efficient check- in. Your staff is your strong advertisement as they made my week-long vacation feel like a family. Within a couple of days, folks at the front desk, housekeeping, and chefs always greeted me with a smile. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that the Staybridge Suites management honored staff--allowing them to enjoy Thanksgiving, which is our national celebration where family and friends gather. Anyone who might have complained lost sight of kindness and compassion for others. "
