"This was our second time staying at Star ECHO. We like it there very much. It’s convenient and the hotel is great.
One of the morning staff members that stood out was Mai Mai. She was so lovely, friendly and welcoming every morning. And she makes the best cappuccino I ever had. Mai Mai goes out of her way to please. She is a real gem for the hotel. "
"The hotel is located very close to the Duomo, it is modern, clean and well kept. The rooftop bar is amazing, although expensive (mandatory 23 euros for the first drink), but very pleasant. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and effective. The only downsides are parking (not many options around), and no gym. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay close to everything in the historical center of Milan."
"This hotel was just what we needed at the end of our trip. Semi luxury, with pool and spa included. The restaurant was perfect after a long day of tours. The pool and spa area was relaxing. We would stay here again.
