Lovely historic hotel

"We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The breakfast and restaurant were good and staff were keen to help. If I had a criticism it is that service can at times be slow despite there being lots of staff around."

"This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room. Broken floor"
