Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Very unique is the tiny spot outside where you can swim in warm pool water. as always van der Valk is a strongly recommended experience! we traveled a lot and by so far we have never experienced such different positive special spots in each location. even the basic suites are very special. "
