"We had a wonderful experience with our stay. Breakfast was definitely worthwhile, and we enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere of the stay. I loved staying in a castle too and having incredible views. While the bedroom was nothing flash, the bathroom was modern and renovated which is what you want! We also really enjoyed the fortress tour as well, we learnt a lot about how the fortress protected itself with tricks and traps. "

"This was a lovely resort in a nice quiet area. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated and the hotel and property itself was quite beautiful. We were not able to get a reservation for dinner unfortunately for the one night it was open during our stay, booking ahead is recommended. We were able to drive into a nearby town for a great dinner but would have preferred to eat and drink wine at the resort. Lovey destination in beautifully Italy countryside. "

Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! "Nice ancient residence, lots of antique furniture & ambience, quiet w/comfy bed. Bathroom needed attention so shower wand fits wall & doesnt crash into the bath tub if moved & need a tub plug. Would be nice to add small lotion with bath soap to make this a more kuxurious stay. And the ancient door was VERY difficuot to lock in and out.
